Astoria Holiday Market warms up the Armory with makers, music and community
A little before opening on a gray Sunday morning, the Astoria Armory at 1636 Exchange St.,is already alive with movement. Vendors wheel in carts stacked with jars of jam and trays of baked goods. The Astoria Holiday Market will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., on Nov. 30, Dec. 7 and Dec. 14. The market returns for three weekends this season with 65 vendors each week from a list of 90-plus, market manager Tamara Cameron said.
